Terms of Service

LINEHAWK is operated by Passionate Restoration LLC (d/b/a LINEHAWK), a California limited liability company. References to “LINEHAWK,” “we,” or “us” in these Terms mean that company. References to “you” mean the person creating an account or using the service. By accessing or using LINEHAWK (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use LINEHAWK, regardless of the legal gambling age where you live. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access prediction-market and sports-market analysis in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time and to close any account that misrepresents it.

LINEHAWK is an information and analytics platform for prediction markets and sports markets. We aggregate publicly available data — sportsbook odds, prediction-market prices, statistics, weather, public commentary — and publish analyses, model-generated picks, edge calculations, confidence scores, and commentary.

LINEHAWK is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, prediction market, gambling operator, broker, or financial advisor. We do not accept, place, broker, hold, facilitate, settle, or pay out any wager, bet, or financial transaction of any kind, and we do not custody funds or place trades on your behalf. See our Financial Disclosure & Release of Liability — that document is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content on LINEHAWK is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, betting, tax, or legal advice. Past performance, model confidence scores, edge values, and historical accuracy are not predictions or guarantees of future outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information found on LINEHAWK, and you may lose 100% of any money you put at risk.

You must provide accurate signup information, keep your password secure, be 21 or over, and notify us promptly if your account is compromised. One human, one account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Handles containing “linehawk” or variants, and reserved generic terms (admin, support, owner, and similar), are not available to non-owner users.

Paid plans (Pro, Edge, and any future tiers) renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Billing portal — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide cash refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for any reason, including service interruption, downtime, missed picks, AI-provider outage, or any other unavailability. Your sole and exclusive remedy for downtime is service credits (free subscription days extending your current paid term) under the policy detailed in Section 14 of our Financial Disclosure & Release of Liability. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; LINEHAWK never sees or stores your full card number. Pricing and features may change with notice.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access LINEHAWK for your own use. You may not resell our data; collect, mirror, or republish our picks; use our outputs to train competing AI models; reverse engineer the platform; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

You may not (a) reverse engineer or bulk-extract the Service, (b) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls, (c) use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling in any jurisdiction, (d) misrepresent your age or identity, or (e) resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

All LINEHAWK brand assets, code, models, picks, edges, and content are owned by Passionate Restoration LLC. “LINEHAWK” is a trademark of Passionate Restoration LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Disclosure, or any applicable law. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The limits in the Financial Disclosure & Release of Liability apply to these Terms in full.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEHAWK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST WAGERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LINEHAWK and its operators from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

California law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Orange County, California. You waive class actions and jury trial.

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date at the top and email material changes to active accounts. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
