1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LINEHAWK (the "Service"), operated by Passionate Restoration LLC ("we," "us," or "LINEHAWK"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use LINEHAWK. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time.

3. Nature of the Service

LINEHAWK is an information and analytics platform. We aggregate publicly available data from prediction markets, sportsbook odds, and other sources, and present analyses, model-generated picks, edge calculations, and commentary.

LINEHAWK is not a sportsbook, betting exchange, prediction market, gambling operator, broker, or financial advisor. We do not accept, place, broker, hold, facilitate, settle, or pay out any wagers, bets, or financial transactions related to wagering of any kind.

4. No Advice; No Guarantees

All content on LINEHAWK is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, betting, tax, or legal advice. Past performance, AI model confidence scores, edge values, and historical accuracy are not predictions or guarantees of future outcomes.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on LINEHAWK.

5. Account Registration

Some features require a free or paid account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Handles containing "linehawk" or variants, or reserved generic terms (admin, support, owner, etc.), are not available for non-owner users.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Edge) renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your billing page. Refunds are at our discretion. Pricing and features may change with notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service, (b) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls, (c) use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling in any jurisdiction, (d) misrepresent your age or identity, or (e) resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All LINEHAWK content, code, models, logos, and the LINEHAWK name are owned by Passionate Restoration LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as expressly permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEHAWK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST WAGERS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LINEHAWK and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
